本服务是一款面向儿童阅读与教育场景的人工智能语音互动助手，提供人工智能语音对话、实景共读、阅读进度分析等功能。本服务由人工智能提供，您在与本服务中的语音角色互动时，对象为人工智能程序而非真实自然人。
您承诺不利用本服务从事任何违反法律法规或本协议的行为，包括但不限于：
本服务及其相关软件、界面、文本、图形、标识等的知识产权归我们或相应权利人所有。未经许可，您不得复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。您在使用中输入的内容，其相关权利依《隐私政策》及适用法律处理。
本服务中的应答由人工智能生成，可能存在不准确、不完整之处，仅供阅读辅助与教育参考，不构成任何专业（如医疗、法律、心理等）意见。请您对涉及健康、安全等重要事项自行核实并咨询专业人士。
我们可能根据运营需要变更、中止或终止部分或全部服务。停止服务的，我们将提前告知或及时发布公告。您违反本协议的，我们可视情况限制、暂停或终止向您提供服务。
在法律允许的范围内，对因不可抗力、网络故障、第三方服务或您自身原因导致的损失，我们不承担责任。本协议不排除或限制依法不可排除或限制的责任。
我们建立了申诉、投诉与举报机制，您可通过下方联系方式提出，我们将在合理时限内处理反馈。本协议的订立、履行与解释适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，可依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
本协议与《隐私政策》共同构成您使用本服务的完整约定。如中英文版本存在不一致，以中文版本为准。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and aSphere ("we", "us") regarding your use of the Story Buddy app and related services (the "Service").
Before using the Service, you (or a minor's parent/guardian) must carefully read and fully understand these Terms, especially the clauses in bold. By agreeing or beginning to use the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is an AI-powered voice interaction assistant for children's reading and education, offering AI voice conversation, Live Reading, and reading-progress analysis. The Service is powered by AI; when you interact with a voice character, you are interacting with an AI program, not a real human.
You agree not to use the Service for any activity that violates laws or these Terms, including generating content that endangers national security or public interest; encourages/glorifies self-harm or suicide, or contains violent, pornographic, or discriminatory information; solicits state/commercial secrets or others' privacy/personal information; or interferes with the Service's operation or security.
Intellectual property in the Service and its software, interfaces, text, graphics, and marks belongs to us or respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without permission.
Responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for reading assistance and educational reference only and do not constitute professional (e.g., medical, legal, or psychological) advice. Please verify important matters and consult professionals.
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service as needed, giving prior notice or timely announcements where we cease a service. We may limit, suspend, or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the complete agreement for your use of the Service. In case of inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version prevails.
